Reportedly, China's Benxi Steel announced to raise its prices for hot rolled plates/coils by RMB130~RMB150/ton for March.
Also, the company increased the prices for cold rolled sheets/coils and galvanized steel sheets by RMB200~RMB220/ton and RMB150/ton respectively.
Accordingly, its prices for Q235 hot rolled coils with thickness of 5.5mm are at RMB3,840/ton; those for DC01 cold rolled coils with thickness of 1mm are at RMB4,430/ton.
The above prices do not include taxes and have become effective from February 20th, 2013.
